Suborna is the UK Resourcing Manager for Simmons & Simmons Adaptive, the Firm’s flexible resourcing platform. She specialises in connecting exceptional legal professionals with dynamic, flexible opportunities across our global client base. She leads the end to end resourcing process for our Adaptive consultant community and clients, from talent engagement and assessment through to placement, ongoing support, and relationship management.
With a focus on high quality delivery and a genuinely people first approach, Suborna works closely with partners, clients, and our Adaptive lawyers to ensure we provide responsive, strategic resourcing solutions, particularly during periods of growth, organisational change, or peak demand.
