Raj is an Associate in the Financial Markets team in Dubai, specialising in asset management and investment funds. She joined Simmons & Simmons in 2026, having previously completed her training contract at a leading magic circle law firm in London.
Raj has experience advising both general partners and limited partners on a variety of cross-border matters, including fund formation, investor negotiations and structuring of a wide range of investment funds, including private equity, real estate and credit funds. She is currently advising international financial institutions and global asset managers on fund structuring, cross-border financial services regulation, and navigating local regulatory requirements within the Middle East.
