He advises a wide range of large institutional and SME clients on public and private M&A, private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations and general corporate and commercial matters, on a domestic and cross-border basis.
Ludo's recent experience includes advising:
- Honeywell on the $1.3bn sale of its PPE business to a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners
- Real estate PE firm, Broadsword Investment Management, on its acquisition of Powerleague
- UK skincare brand, Medik8, on its majority stake acquisition by L'Oréal
- Kester Capital on its investment in Addresscloud, a leading provider of insurance risk intelligence data
- BT on the sale of its wholesale fibre and connectivity network in Ireland to Speed Fibre Group
- L&G on the sale of its home surveying services business to SME buyout firm, Beach Equity Investments
- CBPE Capital on its majority investment in pharma and biotech market access and solutions business, Access Infinity
- British Business Bank on its £25m investment in UK autonomous driving platform, Wayve Technologies, as part of a $1.2bn Series D investment round
- Southfield Capital on its majority investment in global talent solution services business, Metric Search
