Alessandro specialises in real estate finance and back-leverage transactions in the real estate finance market, advising financial institutions, funds, bank lenders, borrowers and sponsors.
Alessandro is a Managing Associate in the UK Real Estate Finance practice and his experience includes investment and development financings involving a wide range of real estate classes (including office, retail, hotel, logistics and student accommodation).
His recent activity includes advising back-leverage providers and senior and mezzanine lenders in cross-border financings.
Alessandro joined us in 2025 from a magic circle firm and he is also qualified in Italy.
