Junguk is an associate in our Dubai office with experience advising on the structuring, launch and ongoing operation of hedge funds and other private investment vehicles across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons in Dubai, Junguk practised in London and New York at a US law firm, where he advised asset managers on fund formation, restructuring, investor negotiations and regulatory compliance matters. His work included drafting and negotiating offering memoranda, partnership agreements, investment management agreements, and side letters, as well as coordinating cross-border fund launches.
Junguk holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. Junguk is admitted to practice law in New York and is a native speaker of Korean.
