Lauren Megaw is an Associate in the Structured Finance and Derivatives group, based in London. She regularly advises leading financial institutions on a range of structured products and derivatives. Her experience spans on and off balance sheet structured product programmes, transactions and restructurings linked to a variety of underlying asset classes, Islamic finance transactions and exchange traded product programmes.
Lauren has advised on a range of transactions involving tokenised products and crypto-backed securities. Lauren has experience supporting clients through the legal and regulatory challenges associated with digital asset structuring, custody, and trading.
In addition to her experience in private practice, Lauren has significant in-house experience, having spent several years at two global investment banks prior to re-joining the firm as an Associate in early 2025.
