Ewelina is an associate in the Financial Markets department at Simmons & Simmons Paris.
Her practice focuses on structured finance including cross-border factoring transactions and other trade receivables financing products. She advises both arrangers, lenders, and borrowers throughout these operations.
Ewelina is admitted to the Paris Bar. Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, she had professional experiences within French and Luxembourg law firms.
Ewelina holds a Master’s degree in International and European Business Law from the University of Lorraine.
