François specialises in dispute resolution and insurance law.
He has extensive experience in these areas, including breach of contract, third-party liability litigation, and insurance law, both in contentious matters (professional liability, financial lines, D&O, EPL) and regulatory issues (compliance, policy reviews). François supports clients at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022, François joined the Paris office of Simmons & Simmons in 2025 after spending three years in the insurance-specialised department of a French international law firm. Before his admission to the Bar, he completed a two-year work-study programme in the legal department of a major Paris-based life insurance company.
François holds a Bachelor's degree and a first-year Master's degree in Private Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He also earned a second-year Master's degree and a university diploma in Insurance Law from Université Paris-Dauphine – Institut des Assurances de Paris-Dauphine.
He is an active member of Young AIDA (the young professionals' branch of the French chapter of the International Association for Insurance Law) and AJAR (the French Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Legal Professionals).
