Marie-Charlotte is a Managing Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice group of Simmons & Simmons in Paris.
Marie-Charlotte’s practice focuses on French and cross-border corporate transactions, with particular emphasis on public and private mergers & acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Marie-Charlotte is a French native speaker and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Lawyer at the Paris Bar, Marie-Charlotte graduated from ESCP Europe where she received a Master’s degree in Law and Finance. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business, Tax and Financial Market Law from the University of Paris XI and a Master’s degree in business law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Before joining Simmons & Simmons in 2025, she had a previous experience at Clifford Chance for eight years. She has been seconded to Crédit Agricole SA and TotalEnergies.
