Angela is an associate in the firm’s banking team, based in our Bristol office.
Angela joined the firm in 2025 and brings experience advising a diverse range of clients, including clearing banks, challenger banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers. She has experience in a broad spectrum of banking and finance transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, funds finance, and real estate finance.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Angela trained at a Legal 100 firm in Cardiff, completing four seats within its banking and finance department. During which, she undertook a nine-month secondment at an international challenger bank, where she gained invaluable experience in corporate lending.
