Fiona is an Associate in our Middle East Financial Markets team in Dubai. She joined the firm in 2022 in the Dublin office, where she completed her training and qualified as a solicitor in Ireland.
Fiona has experience advising on the establishment, authorisation, and ongoing compliance issues of a variety of investment funds in Ireland, including exchange-traded funds, unlisted funds, UCITS, and QIAIFs. She is currently advising international financial institutions and global asset managers on fund structuring, cross-border financial services regulation, and navigating local regulatory requirements within the Middle East.
