Luca is an associate in the Financial Markets group and is part of the Real Estate team in Milan.
He provides support to both international and domestic clients in a range of transactions and investment activities. His expertise includes negotiating lease agreements, drafting contractual documents for the acquisition and sale of assets and real estate portfolios, managing development and redevelopment projects, and overseeing the establishment and liquidation of funds. Additionally, he is involved in various real estate transactions, joint ventures, and corporate sector activities.
He works on transactions involving office spaces, commercial and residential properties, hotels, industrial sites, and logistics assets.
