Amber, an associate based in London, is an integral member of our Construction team, focusing on advising UK and international construction projects. Her expertise spans a wide range of non-contentious construction law areas, including procurement strategies, contract negotiation and drafting construction-related documents.
Amber assists in advising a broad spectrum of stakeholders in the construction sector, including developers, sponsors, lenders, and occupiers.
Amber has experience in drafting and negotiating various construction documents, including but not limited to JCT form contracts, bespoke EPC and development agreements, professional appointments and collateral warranties. Amber also provides construction support for development finance agreements, sale purchase agreements and forward purchasing and funding arrangements.

Ambers’s experience includes advising:
- The Platinum JV (Places for London and Helical Plc) on the construction of two major over station developments at Southwark (student accommodation and affordable housing) and Paddington (office).
- Art Invest on the redevelopment of historic listed building Sackville House on Piccadilly.
- Helical Plc on the construction of a speculative office at 100 New Bridge Street, a major “brown to green” refurbishment project with exemplary green credentials.
- A technology company on the procurement and build of its UK office headquarters in London including the negotiation of trade contracts, consultant appointments and performance security.
- A UK development and investment company on the partial demolition and refurbishment works to an office building in the City of London and pre-let to a satellite telecommunications company.
