Giulio is a Supervising Associate in our Corporate & Commercial group in Milan, specializing in Energy with a strong focus on M&A.
He primarily advises on transactions in the Oil & Gas sector. He assists Italian and international clients, including private equity funds, infrastructure funds and energy companies on the acquisition and sale of various assets, among others, oil depots, fuel stations, gas pipelines and the development of green hydrogen projects.
Giulio has extensive international experience in Saudi Arabia, where he has provided and continues to provide strategic corporate and commercial support to Italian and international clients investing in the region.
