Kenza is an associate in the Corporate – M&A team of the Paris office. She specializes in corporate law and M&A transactions. Kenza advises on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and restructuring transactions. She is fluent in both French and English.
Kenza is a French qualified lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023. Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Kenza worked in another international law firm in Paris.
Kenza holds a Master 2 in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris 2 Pantheon-Assas.
