Hendrik is an associate in the areas of banking, restructuring, and insolvency law in our Frankfurt office. He advises financial institutions, investors, and companies on restructuring and all aspects related to financial crises and insolvency law, often in cross-border cases. With respect to banking, he advises on real estate financing, both on the side of the borrower and the lender.
Hendrik studied law at Justus-Liebig University in Gießen, during which he successfully participated in the Willem C. Vis Moot in Vienna. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt/Main, which included placements at our London office, where he worked closely with the London Restructuring and Special Situations team.
