Pierre is an associate within our Financial Markets department in Paris.
His practice focus on a wide range of debt finance transactions, including corporate and leveraged acquisition finance. He acts for senior, mezzanine and unitranche debt providers as well as, in certain instances, private equity funds and large corporates.
Pierre is admitted to the Paris Bar. Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, he worked at a French law firm in Paris.
Pierre holds a Master degree in financial law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a LL.M in international financial law from the University of King's College London.
