Carla specialises in tax. She assists domestic and international companies and investment funds on their tax issues.
Carla was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024 and joined the tax team of Simmons & Simmons' Paris office the same year.
She holds a master’s degree in business and tax law of the Université de Aix-Marseille (Master 2 Droit des affaires et fiscalité de l’entreprise - Magistère droit des affaires, fiscalité et comptabilité). Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Carla had several work experiences within major law firms.
