Chris is a supervising associate in the firm’s Insurance & Construction group, within our international dispute resolution practice.
He is experienced in advising both insurers and their insureds in defence of claims of professional negligence, including contentious construction disputes and broker negligence claims. Chris routinely acts for design and build contractors, architects and surveyors. The subject matter of such disputes have concerned Grade II listed buildings, residential tower blocks and mixed-used residential and commercial buildings.
Chris also assists insurer clients with coverage disputes and policy interpretation and has London market experience, having been seconded to a major international insurer where he handled FIPI, FI D&O and Commercial PI claims.
