Vicki is a Client Manager, who leads a variety of projects and initiatives focused on strengthening client relationships and our delivery of legal services. Her role works in close collaboration with our legal teams to enhance engagement and improve the way we meet the evolving needs of our clients, within the Financial Services and Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors.
She is based in the Global Client Programme team and has a professional background spanning over 25 years, which include positions at a leading Big Four firm and a prestigious law firm.
Vicki's experience includes Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Marketing. These roles have allowed her to be instrumental in driving business development strategies, particularly in emerging growth areas for law firms. Her current position for some of the firm's most significant clients underscores her capability to manage and nurture high-stake relationships effectively.
Vicki is a certified Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner, and her knowledge in project management from her studies in Prince2 Foundation add to her experience. Additionally, Vicki holds a Marketing Management degree from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, which underpins her approach to business development and marketing within the sector.
