Taylor is a Supervising Associate in the award-winning Structured Finance and Derivatives group in London.
He principally advises international financial institutions on a wide range of on and off-balance sheet structured products programmes, issuances and restructurings, which involve a variety of structures and underlying asset classes (such as bonds, equities and credit).
Taylor also regularly advises:
- asset managers and other financial market participants on crypto exchange traded product platforms;
- multilateral financial institutions on risk sharing transactions structured as financial guarantees; and
- investment banks on Islamic finance transactions (such as murabahas) and quantitative investment strategies and proprietary index/benchmark matters.
Taylor trained at the firm and has completed client secondments to UBS and Goldman Sachs in London and to the European Investment Fund in Luxembourg.
