Jacqueline is an associate in the Financial Markets group of our Dubai office.
She has experience in advising major GCC and multinational banks, financial institutions and companies on conventional and Islamic finance transactions, with a focus on debt capital markets, including acting for issuers and dealers on debt issuance programmes and drawdowns, stand-alone bond/Sukuk issuances and regulatory capital transactions (e.g. AT1s). She also has experience in advising on general banking and corporate lending transactions (both conventional and Islamic).
Prior to joining the team in Dubai, she trained in the firm’s Hong Kong office and is admitted to practice law as a solicitor in Hong Kong.
