Daryl Breunissen is an associate in the firm's corporate & commercial department, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transaction. He advises private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and multinational corporations on all aspects of M&A transactions. Daryl's expertise includes contract drafting, leading negotiations, and advising on complex legal matters. He has also gained valuable experience in venture capital investments and management buy-outs, enabling him to provide comprehensive legal solutions tailored to his clients' needs.
Prior to being admitted to the Dutch Bar Association in January 2021, Daryl obtained his masters degree in private law at the University of Amsterdam.
