Jessica is our Pro Bono Associate and helps manage our international pro bono practice which spans over 20 offices within Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Jessica works closely with our Global Head of Pro Bono, Laura Jones, and the firm's International Pro Bono Committee to support the firm in meeting our strategic pro bono goals. She helps to scope and deliver high-impact pro bono projects, delivering quality legal assistance to charitable and not-for-profit entities worldwide.
Jessica specialises in social welfare law and management of pro bono projects and legal advice clinics. She manages several of our pro bono projects including a Legal Advice Clinic where our lawyers regularly volunteer to provide advice on housing, employment and small claims matters for clients of South West London Law Centre. Jessica's case work includes provision of free legal help to undocumented children, assisting Ukrainian refugees to access safe routes to the UK, and advising in the legal advice clinic.
Jessica qualified as a solicitor in 2023, having trained in housing and family law at BPP University's Legal Advice Clinic. She has represented clients in Tribunals and in the Family and County Courts and assisted in establishing a McKenzie Friend service at a London Family Court. Jessica is a Resolution member and her family law case work focused on domestic abuse and child arrangements matters. Jessica also has more than a decade of experience working in Project Management on large infrastructure projects.
Externally, Jessica is a member of the European Pro Bono Initiative and the UK Pro Bono Week organising committee.
