Nazeli is an associate in the Capital Markets department at Simmons & Simmons. She is admitted to the Paris Bar. She joined Simmons & Simmons as an associate in the Asdrig Bourmayan team, specializing in structured debt securities and structured OTC, derivatives contracts and complex financial products.
Her practice focuses on structured debt securities and structured OTC derivative contracts for international clients, including corporations and financial institutions, including (i) equity and/or index-linked bond issues, (ii) advising clients on the distribution of structured debt securities, (iii) derivative contracts linked to various underlying (equities, commodities) and (iv) advising on the regulatory aspects related to these transactions.
Nazeli has been admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023 and joined Simmons & Simmons in 2022.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons Paris office, Nazeli had professional experiences within law firms and within different leading bank.
Nazeli holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance Law from the University Paris I Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in Contracts Law from the University Paris V.
