Rocío is an experienced transactional lawyer with a specialised focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity and Real Estate. Throughout her career Rocío has advised clients in complex commercial transactions, participating in negotiations at both national and international level.
In the field of M&A, Rocío has provided comprehensive advice at all stages of the process. Her experience ranges from initial due diligence to the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, shareholders agreements.
In the Private Equity field, Rocío has advised on all stages of investment, including structuring investment vehicles, negotiating investment agreements and overseeing divestment transactions.
In the Real Estate field, Rocío has been involved in transactions related to the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, as well as in the negotiation of leasing, financing and development agreements for real estate projects.
