Loren is a London based associate with a breadth of real estate experience advising a full spectrum of market participants (both international and national) including public and private investors, private equity, institutional investors and developers.
Loren is experienced on all aspects of real estate from acquisition, disposition, leasing and asset management to corporate and finance matters for a range of asset classes, including (but not limited to) London office spaces, retail, F&B, shopping centres, student property, development sites and industrial parks.
Loren’s recent focus is on prime City of London and West End investment grade property, advising both tenants and institutional landlords on the grant of new lettings and day-to-day asset management.
