Dr. Manuel Melzer's practice focuses on advising private equity investors and their portfolio companies, financial institutions and other companies on transactions, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, growth/venture financings and strategic transactions. In addition, Manuel also advises on German corporate and commercial law. Further to his industry focus on financial services, he has profound expertise in the healthcare/life sciences sector.

Manuel studied law in Augsburg, Munich and Linz. Before joining the Simmons team in Munich, he worked for several international law firms.
