Charlie is a Supervising Associate in the firm's Structured Finance & Derivatives team, based in London.
Charlie advises global banks and funds on a range of structured products programmes and transactions (both on- and off-balance sheet), including structured credit products such as CLNs and repackagings, covering a wide range of underlying asset classes. He also has experience advising on significant risk transfer and synthetic securitisation transactions.
Charlie trained at the firm and has also spent time on a front-office secondment on the rates trading desk of a global bank.
