Moussa advises French and international clients on their energy, natural resources and infrastructure projects, mainly in France and Africa.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Moussa worked as an associate in a major international law firm where he developed an expertise in both M&A and financing transactions in Sub-Saharan Africa.
