Karina is an Associate in our Financial Services Funds group, with a focus on closed and open ended investment funds.
Karina has experience across the private funds sector in a variety of asset classes including private equity, credit, infrastructure and other alternative asset classes. She acts for sponsors ranging from large institutional managers to smaller outfits raising their first fund. Karina advises clients on matters including structuring and establishing new funds, regulatory issues, and investor participation in funds.
Karina's experience in the open-ended market includes acting for some of Europe’s largest hedge fund managers, as well as smaller and start-up managers. She advises asset managers on the establishment and maintenance of hedge funds and other fund structures in a range of offshore jurisdictions.
Karina recently returned from a six-month secondment in the Paris Funds team.
