Federico is a Counsel in our Financial Markets group in Milan and has a strong background in assisting investors and creditors in debt restructuring both in and out of court.
Federico has gained considerable experience in insolvency related litigation issues, also in respect to directors’ liability.
In 2006 he obtained an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London.
Federico joined us in 2023.
