Sasha is a supervising associate in the Banking team in London. She specialises in real estate finance – advising on real estate development and investment transactions.
She advises financial institutions, investors and companies on a wide range of UK and cross-border financings.
Sasha joined us in 2023 and prior to joining Simmons completed secondments to a major investment bank in their debt capital markets team and to a global financial institution in their legal team.
