With over 15 years’ experience at leading law firms in London and the Asia-Pacific, Thomas advises investment banks, asset managers and financial product manufacturers on a wide range of capital markets, structured products and derivatives transactions. His expertise covers structured notes, exchange-traded products, OTC derivatives, repos, securities lending and bespoke hedging solutions.
Thomas has recently focused on developing complex structured product platforms for both wholesale and retail markets, providing strategic advice on structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions linked to credit, equity, indices, inflation, commodities and digital assets.
