She specialises in advising global investment firms, banks and other financial institutions on the provision of financial services. In particular, Melissa advises on the planning and execution of large scale, cross border regulatory risk projects across financial markets in our specialist cross border regulatory team which is part of our Financial Services Regulatory Practice.
She works closely with our global offices and overseas counsel to provide seamless advice across these jurisdictions.
Melissa is keenly interested in disruptive technologies in the fintech space and how these could enhance financial regulation.
