Benjamin is a supervising associate in the Simmons & Simmons Dispute Resolution Group based in Hong Kong. His focus is commercial litigation and insolvency & restructuring with clients ranging from individuals to international commercial banks and asset management firms. Benjamin also advises investment advisory firms and listed corporations on investigations and regulatory matters.
Benjamin joined the firm in 2017 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Dispute Resolution Group in 2020. He also completed a secondment at the firm’s Beijing Office in the Corporate and Commercial Group.
