Federica is a supervising associate in the Corporate and Commercial department.
Federica focuses on corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions and related corporate matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, she gained experience in advising Italian and foreign companies, industrial groups and investment funds on investment and divestment transactions and other types of ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions.
Federica joined us in 2023.
