Kathryn qualified as a Legal Executive Lawyer in 2011 and was awarded fellowship status. She joined the Real Estate Team at Simmons & Simmons in 2022 with over ten years’ experience of working for a bespoke and prestigious London estate landlord client
Kathryn has wide and extensive range of experience and knowledge in all aspects of commercial and residential property law but now specialises in commercial property law and on a day to day basis deals with high end office, hotel, retail and restaurant developments and leasing, high value acquisitions and disposals and all elements of property and estate portfolio and asset management.
