Si Rong is a supervising associate in the financial markets group in the Singapore office and specialises in structured products and derivatives.
He advises major international investment banks and asset managers on both the sell side and buy side on a range of matters relating to structured products, OTC derivative transactions, related regulations and industry-wide reforms (such as the IBOR transition).
Si Rong has experience in structured finance transactions across various asset classes, including rates, equity and credit. He also supports clients in establishing and maintaining structured note issuance programmes.
Si Rong is admitted to practice law as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and as a solicitor in England and Wales.
