Francesca is an associate in our Dispute Resolution group in Milan and she specialises in corporate, financial and commercial litigation.
She has experience in contentious and non-contentious matters with a strong focus on civil, commercial and corporate matters, including cross border litigation. She also advises clients in pre-contentious matters, in negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements.
Francesca represents international corporations, banks, investment funds and domestic and multinational companies before Italian judicial authorities.
