Geoffrey is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice group based in our Dublin office.
Geoffrey advises on a wide range of corporate matters including: mergers, acquisitions and divestures (M&A); private equity / venture capital (PE/VC); joint ventures (JV); and corporate reorganisations. He has particular expertise advising both domestic and international clients with a focus on large, multi-jurisdictional transactions in the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) and technology, media and telecoms (TMT) sectors.
Geoffrey previously worked in an international law firm in Dublin prior to joining Simmons including experience working in that firm’s New York office in its global M&A and aviation finance teams.
