She has expertise in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, including cross-border investments and divestments, private equity, and corporate and commercial law. She advises Italian and international clients, including private equity funds and listed and private companies, on extraordinary transactions and general corporate and governance matters.
She joined us in 2018.
