Crystal is a Legal Project Manager within the Service Excellence team, where she supports the legal teams across the firm by implementing the Service Excellence Standard and the Service Excellence tools in order to ensure that projects are scoped, planned and budgeted in a clear and effective way, and that the communications protocol is followed throughout the project.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Crystal worked at another International law firm where she managed large multijurisdictional M&A deals for Corporate. Crystal also was part of the set-up of the new Managed Service business and gained a professional foundation qualification in Prince 2 which provided key principles to apply when managing large and complex projects.
Crystal also has a background in Finance where she worked as an Finance Analyst and gained a diploma in CIMA. This experience has enhance the way she analyses data to draw-out key insights and is definitely beneficial to her role as a Legal Project Manager.
