Damien specialises in Dispute Resolution and regulatory issues in the field of Life Sciences, with a focus on product liability litigations.
He advises clients in regulatory and compliance issues in Life Sciences and Healthcare sector - including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements.
Damien has also significant experience in cross-border projects as well as compliance audits in the framework of M&A operations.
Damien was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014 and joined the Paris office of Simmons & Simmons the same year.
Prior to joining Simmons and Simmons, Damien spent 2 years working for the legal and compliance department of an international pharmaceutical company in Paris. He also trained in several international law firms in Paris and Manchester and with the legal team of an international pharmaceutical company.
Damien graduated from University Jean Monnet – Saint-Etienne – in corporate law applied to the industries of health and holds a university degree of contractual practices and negotiation in English.
