Martina Sayaka is an Italian qualified lawyer with Japanese language skills. Martina Sayaka gained a remarkable experience working in Japan for a few years. She also regularly spends time in our Tokyo office according to business’ needs.
Martina Sayaka specialises in M&A, corporate and commercial matters with emphasis on cross-border investments between Italy and Japan. As part of the Japan Desk, she works between Italy and Japan coordinating her activities between Milan and Tokyo offices on a daily basis.
Martina Sayaka advises large Japan-based corporates on their investments into Italy and Europe as well as international clients on their investments into Japan.
