The EU, competition & regulatory team provides a comprehensive service in relation to competition law (merger control, cartel investigations, leniency applications), EU State aid and general EU law. The team frequently represents clients before the EU and national courts as well as before the European Commission and national competition authorities. The Brussels EU, Competition and regulatory team is the hub of the firm-wide EU, Competition and regulatory practice, with teams in the main EU jurisdictions.

We assist investment firms and banks on all regulatory financial and banking law aspects. Our team has substantial expertise in commercial law matters including consumer goods and distribution matters. Our team also has expertise in regulatory legislation in the Life Sciences sector, and on real estate matters.
