HR data protection

Data protection requirements under both GDPR as well as national data protection law impose a wide variety of duties on companies. One of the areas which is of utmost importance to almost all companies is HR data protection, i.e. the protection of personal data related to the employees. At the same time, HR data protection is probably one of the areas with the most tangible differences between various national legal regimes.
