Flash call: FCA Test Case – the Supreme Court judgment

The Supreme Court Judgment in the FCA Business Interruption Test case is due to be handed down at 10am on 15 January 2021. Immediately following hand-down partners James Pollock and Felix Zimmermann, together with Simon Salzedo QC (the legal team who represented Argenta, one of the defendant insurers), will be delivering a presentation summarising the judgment and key points of interest.
