International law firm Simmons & Simmons has recently launched an SMCR Extension Toolkit, responding to client demand for cost-effective and practical guidance on how to comply with SMCR.
The Toolkit meets the needs of core and enhanced firms (including brokers, institutional asset managers and hedge fund managers) caught by the extended SMCR regime.
