International law firm Simmons & Simmons has been shortlisted in three categories at the Leadership in Law Awards 2026: Best Law Firm Culture, Ethical Leadership and Outstanding Women in Law.
The firm's nomination for Best Law Firm Culture follows its shortlisting for Outstanding Corporate Culture at the British Legal Awards 2026. It recognises the firm’s high-performing, inclusive workplace, where colleagues are supported to develop, work collaboratively and deliver their best work for clients.
The shortlist also celebrates the strength of the firm's leadership. Senior Partner Julian Taylor has been nominated for Ethical Leadership, while Emily Monastiriotis, Global Managing Partner, completes the firm's three nominations with her shortlisting for Outstanding Women in Law.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Park Lane on 3 December 2026.
